Nope! I hope to give you the skills you need to work myself out of a job. I want you to be able to take skills and apply them to your life! Most people meet their goals in a few months or some may take a bit longer. Some people choose to stay with me longer term and that’s ok too!

Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.

You may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. If needed, I will provide a super bill each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What if I can’t afford your rate or don’t have insurance? 

I offer sliding scale opportunities in my schedule. If you think you cannot afford Therapy, please contact me to discuss your options.

Couples therapy is often found by insurance companies “not medically necessary” due to the focus not being linked to a specific mental health diagnosis. Please check with your insurance company if they will reimburse you for code Z63.0.  I will provide you with a superbill for reimbursement.  Contact me to discuss your options. 

Why Online Therapy?

  • Teletherapy or virtual counseling, is the most accessible way to get help where you need it, when you need it!  You can access therapy at home, car, your lunch break, early mornings or at night.
  • Ditch the commute! Trouble getting away from home? Don’t have access to transportation? Virtual therapy is for you!
  • Trouble getting away? Childcare or caretaker? Fur babies? Therapy can be accessed on a smart phone or computer!
