Hi, I’m Gina.

I specialize in helping 20 & 30 something women impacted by anxiety, depression and major life stress. I’m here to help you tackle the concerns that keep you up at night–social, relationships, marriage, occupational, academic, and everything else in between. Let’s develop coping skills to manage stress, boost your confidence, stop overthinking, and start thinking more positively.

There is no quick fix to life’s challenges and barriers. I don’t pretend that there is a magic wand that corrects life’s problems (although I wish it did exist). I help my clients rediscover their strengths and abilities and provide modern therapy focused on coping skills that are most useful when resolving trauma, anxiety and depression. 

I am providing online telehealth sessions throughout New Jersey. I offer in person sessions located in Jackson, NJ.

My Approach

The most important thing about starting a relationship with me is our “click” and connection. Maybe you’re new to this or maybe your old therapist talked about themselves, tried to relate (and failed), judged you, or gave you unwanted advice. Either way, this is about YOUR journey and I am here to help you heal, cope and manage change. 

I am a modern and inclusive Therapist using a hands-on approach in a real, honest, and down to earth way. I use a variety of Therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strengths Based and Humanistic Approaches. What does that mean? We will develop a custom strategy to help you cope with life’s most difficult challenges–personalized just for you.
