Virtual therapy across New Jersey
In-person sessions in Robbinsville, NJ
Hi, I’m Gina.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck—overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in cycles of overthinking, and constantly asking yourself, “WTF is going on?” I’ve been there. I spent years battling anxiety, self-blame, and life’s relentless curveballs. I did the work to heal—and now I help other women do the same.
I specialize in supporting women who are navigating anxiety, depression, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, career, or personal identity, therapy can help you move from surviving to thriving.
There’s no magic fix for life’s challenges, and I won’t pretend otherwise. But there are effective, evidence-based tools that can help. I offer modern, strengths-based therapy that focuses on building coping skills, improving emotional resilience, and addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression at the root.
I provide online telehealth sessions throughout New Jersey. I offer in person sessions located in Robbinsville, NJ.

You may already be asking yourself, “but was that really considered a ‘trauma’ “? It’s important to know that trauma does not discriminate and people experience different trauma’s on different levels, yet the impact that these experiences can have on ones life can be equally as damaging.

I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing through education, exposure, and behavior therapies.

My Approach to Therapy
Finding a therapist can feel like trying to find a best friend—it’s all about the vibe. And when you’re a woman navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions, having a therapist who truly understands you makes all the difference.
Maybe you’re new to therapy. Or maybe your last experience left you feeling unheard—like your therapist talked more than you did, judged you, or gave advice that just didn’t land. No matter your past, this time is different. This is your space to be seen, heard, and supported—on your terms.
Therapy is more than just talking. It’s a safe, empowering space where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you’re laughing, crying, venting, or using a little colorful language (@%#!). Together, we’ll explore the patterns that leave you overthinking, stuck in self-doubt, or awake at 3 AM with a racing mind.
My approach is real, down-to-earth, and designed for women who are ready to reclaim their confidence and find clarity. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I’m here to help you find tools that actually work.
Let’s find the vibe—and from there, the healing follows.
